In addition to straight conveyor, T/C250 live roller conveyor is available in 21 various configurations of curves and spurs.

Specifications and Data
Frame – 5” x 1-1/4” x 10 gauge formed steel channel with all drive components fully enclosed by segmented guards.
Extruded UHMW polyethylene chain guide supports both drive and return runs of chain. Powder coat grey finish.
Carrying Rollers – 1.9” diameter x 16 gauge, galvanized rollers on 3” centers.
Traction Wheel – Molded sprocket with urethane tread is mounted in fixed position on channel frame rail.
Drive Chain – No. 40 roller chain.
Bed Widths – 16”, 22”, 28”, 34”, and 40” between frames.
Bed Lengths – Available from 4’-0” minimum to 150’-0” maximum in 1” increments.
Capacity – 100 pounds per foot.
Drive Units – Drive sprocket (RC40, 35 tooth) is keyed to 1-7/16” diameter drive shaft. Effective chain pull is 500lbs.
Available in end type drives located at discharge end of conveyor.
Power Unit – From 1/3 to 3 HP TEFC, C-FACE motor/reducer units. Side mounted units available for low elevations.
Speeds – 45, 60, 75, 90, 120, 150, and 180 feet per minute.
Power Take-Off Units – Chain drive components (1:1 speed ratio) and end terminal connection to adjoining “upstream” powered belt, A/C, and T/C conveyors.
